On 19 August, 266 starters set off on the 29.5-kilometre course at over 30 degrees Celsius and completed a total of 644 laps, about 19,000 kilometres. The motto: “Fitness brings light to Nepal”. Colleagues from our plant in Wernberg-Köblitz also took part.

MCS reacts immediately by investing in mobile IT to enable almost all employees in Berlin to work from home. In our production, our employees are protected in the best possible way by well-organised hygiene and safety concepts. This enables us to provide our business partners with an almost uninterrupted supply.
As the company continued to grow, new space for sales and meeting rooms had to be created. For this purpose, the entrance area was restructured. The new offices and the modified entrance area integrate well into the overall space concept.
As of now, MCS has a new slogan. “Development, Integration. Production.” replaces the previous slogan “Ideas. Solutions. Products.” and thus briefly, concisely and crisply states what the core competences of MCS are. MCS has maintained a close business relationship with the United Arab Emirates and the company Energy International in Dubai since 1996. MCS controls for parking ticket machines are installed in around 7000 machines in the Emirates. MCS presented itself on its own premises at Südkreuz with an open day. Both in the garden pavilion of the GSG courtyard at the summer barbecue buffet and in the MCS business premises, our business partners came together with employees from development, sales, production and management for interesting discussions.
