About the team

We are a colourful, competent and highly motivated team of around 70 people from Berlin and the Upper Palatinate. Whether development, production, sales, controlling or service - MCS is teamwork. We help each other and achieve our goals much faster as a result. And it never gets boring - with a wide variety of innovative projects in the fields of industry, vending, transport, e-mobility, security, lighting and parking, everyone finds their hobbyhorse. And .... we don't just pull together at work - we also like to party together :-).

Step 1: Application

Step 2: Preselection

We will review your application together with the department.

Step 3: Initial meeting via video call

We invite you for a first interview via video call
(Participants from us: Recruiting + department).

Step 4: Interview at MCS

We get to know each other in a personal meeting in our offices (Participants from us: department + management).

Step 5: Hiring

We make you an offer, you sign the employment contract. That's it!

Your start with us

  • 1. Welcome to MCS

    We introduce ourselves and you get to know your team. You will receive your work equipment and an introduction to the organisational structure.

  • 2. Familiarisation (training on the job)

    We personalise your induction and adapt it to your position. You will be accompanied by a mentor who will support you in the first few months, answer your questions and help you find your feet in your new area of responsibility.

  • 3. Employee and feedback meetings

    You will also regularly reflect on your induction with your line manager.
