Your tasks with us

• Hardware-related development of customised software solutions
• Development and programming of various embedded systems
• Connection of hardware via various bus systems and interfaces and implementation of various communication protocols
• Development of complex software systems for controlling a wide range of embedded systems under the Linux operating system
• Creative and systematic support for our hardware developers when commissioning new devices and assemblies

What you bring along

• Completed studies in computer engineering or a similar field or several years of demonstrable professional experience as a software developer for embedded systems
• Very good knowledge of a common high-level language, preferably C#, C++
• Sound experience in hardware-related software development on modern ARM architectures and the Linux operating system
• Knowledge of modern software technologies (e.g. network protocols, virtualisation, VPN, web technologies) is desirable
• Knowledge of operating system development with Yocto and driver development for Linux is an advantage
• Ability to solve complex tasks independently and in a structured manner based on defined requirements and architectures
• Very good command of German and good command of English
